Ancient dwelling dating back to 1700 (the ancient vaults testify to its historical value), excellently restored, independent, set in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, with a splendid view from as many as four terraces, over the small town of Atrani, the sea and the entire coast of the Gulf of Salerno up to Punta Licosa. Atrani is an Italian town of just under 1,000 inhabitants in the province of Salerno in Campania. A member of the ANCI club of the most beautiful villages in Italy, with its 0.1206 km² surface area, it is the smallest Italian municipality.

It can be accessed in two ways, for those who like to walk, from the small square, near the beautiful Church of San Salvatore Birecto, climb the steps found in the alleys of the village, or from the Luna Rossa parking lot by elevator and a short scenic walk.

Adding to the charm of the fishing village, which has remained intact over the centuries, is the charm of the house spread over three floors. The main one, with the entrance hall, where there is a small guest bathroom, communicating with the living room constitutes the living area with a central balcony, terrace facing the entrance and overlooking the loggia. The living room is separated by two sliding doors from the dining/kitchen area and via a pocket door provides access to the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. From the entrance, one can go upstairs to the upper level with the two-level roof deck with canopy, or downstairs to the lower level with the sleeping area with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The main floor also has a laundry room and a storage room behind a bookcase cabinet.

The house was artfully renovated in 2011 with fine materials such as “cocciopesto” floors, Vietri ceramics and stone.

The large open spaces give the opportunity to spend unforgettable evenings under a starry sky and a breathtakingly beautiful night view, from the terrace at the side of the room it almost feels like standing on the bow of a ship.
